Ultimate Success.

This 31 story modern structure featuring 4200 square foot full floor residences was the first of its kind in the city. With prices starting from $4M to $12.5 M, this building of 31 residences established a new segment of the residential market in Philadelphia, the Ultra luxe market. In addition to setting new records for the most expensive residence ever to sell in the city, it proved to be a “game changer” for the city with its average per square foot price more than 60 percent higher than any other property in the city.

Each residence at 1706 features a minimum of 10 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, gas fireplaces, exceptional appointments and breathtaking views .The building also featured the city’s first fully automated parking garage where residents cars are stored and retrieved automatically in less than ninety seconds. Other amenities include a private garden with koi pond, a boardroom with catering kitchen, a state of the art fitness center with sauna and hot tub, a 42 foot lap pool and a town car with driver for the use by the residents along with a 24 hour full service concierge.

1706 achieved unprecedented success and was recognized by the Urban Land Institute as one of the 20 best projects in the Americas in 2011. This was a joint venture between Scannapieco Development Corporation and Parkway Corporation.
